Everyone expects dads to be pretty useless when it comes to kids. Which is crazy, because dads are just kids in larger skin-suits. That’s why we started Big Kid Little Kid. To show the world how Awesome dads really are.

Who’s going to teach the kids how to play video games, pull the heads off action figures, cheat at board games, excel at sneaky Nerf shooting, tackle the pet cat, and break the most-marshmallows-in-mouth world record? Dads, that’s who!

Every dad who writes for Big Kid Little Kid has taken on the mission to become an Awesome Dad – and all it takes is doing something out-of-the-ordinary with the kids, once a month. So easy and so much fun!

We’ve got dad-ified activities to do with your kids in Activities for Dads, dad-perspective reviews of fun adventures in Dad Day Out, the geek-out section with Dad+Nerd, messy kitchen chaos at Dad+Food, and tips for any of you epic dads who have more than two kids with Dad+Three!
